While the majority of owners are extremely pleased with the quality and performance of the Haan SI-60 Steamer, there are a few owners that were not so pleased and are very dissatisfied with their purchase. According to a review on Amazon, an owner stated that the cleaning concept is misleading. This owner feels it is arguable that since the steamer uses steam to disinfect that it can disinfect without a cleaning agent. Another owner stated they really wanted to like this steamer, but the unit made a loud clicking noise. One owner was very disappointed when they received the steamer and found dirty microfiber pads. Some owners report having to go over the floor a couple of times to get it clean.
